We are proud to hold the **Pride in Practice Gold Award**, recognising our commitment to providing inclusive, respectful and safe healthcare for LGBT+ patients. Our practice is particularly supportive of transgender and non-binary patients, ensuring every patient receives person-centred care that respects gender identity and expression.
What’s included
- Support for trans rights: We actively support equality and inclusivity for trans patients in both clinical care and practice policies.
- Gender-affirming care: We provide gender-affirming conversations, initial care pathways, and onward support. Care plans are agreed in collaboration with patients.
- Referrals to gender identity clinics: We facilitate referrals to specialist gender identity clinics for assessment and treatment when clinically appropriate.
